Wine for All Occasions
The world of wine is filled with a plethora of grapes, regions, producers and a whole host of elements that create that perfect bottle of wine. It is a pleasure to simply enjoy wine without knowing a great deal about the bottle you are drinking but through my wine tastings you will appreciate just what has gone into making that bottle. I will create bespoke tastings according to your level of knowledge, requirements and budgets.
My standard tastings include flights of:
1 sparkling wine
1 white wine
1 rosé wine
1 red wine
1 dessert wine
all chosen to teach you the key elements of wine.
I can also provide tastings for the more serious wine buffs amongst you; from a flight of the finest Champagnes to the serious wines of the Mosel, I can create exactly the tasting you are looking for. All you have to do is turn up and enjoy. Most sessions run for approximately 2 hours.
